Great host, clean unit with plenty of room. Sent us great directions to local sights. We were there to run the royal blue trails. Turns out sunquist trails are 3 miles away for the “unknown difficulty trails”. Those were the ones the locals always laughed about saying “you were actually on those?”! Black Diamond for a Hatfield McCoy difficulty comparison, but we had fun. Easier trails are the Tackett creek trails about 10 mins away. Or the sunquist entrance at ride royal blue campground.Basically no paper maps and tablet onX maps with “Tackett creek mafia” imported file, or a garmin off road gps with vvw mapping files.

Property was very nice and accommodating for our large group.

Awesome place!

The host was always there for a quick response. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen plus extra! The shower pressure was amazing! House was great for our group everyone could sit together eat and in living room after riding all day . I can’t say enough. Our kids loved all the games. We loved the porch. You won’t regret booking.
