3 coworkers for 2 nights. Perfect amount of space and comfort! Well thought out amenities and attention to detail. Glorious kitchen and dining area. All 3 of us were absent work on our laptops without issue. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Close to the university and downtown! Easy off the highway. Definitely will return.

Very nice house and the host was great to work with.

The house itself was very nice. There were two bedrooms upstairs and two on the main level. Just a heads‑up for summer stays: the upstairs gets extremely hot even with the AC running, so depending on your sensitivity to heat, that’s something to consider. Both upstairs bedrooms did have fans, which helped.The kitchen had great appliances, plenty of space, and a big table that worked well for meals. The outdoor area was also really nice. Overall, everything about the stay was very good.One thing to note: it was a bit unusual to be required to provide a driver’s license before arrival. If you’re sensitive about sharing your ID, be aware of this policy.

Property was great! Was cozy and beautiful back patio. We loved it for a girls overnight :)
