It’s often the little things in life that make the biggest difference. The location of the Lechner Apartment House couldn’t be more beautiful or idyllic. The vacation home is situated at an elevation of 950 meters at the entrance to the Pitztal valley in the Arzl-Wald district, on a sunny and quiet hilltop with a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The apartments, which accommodate 2–5 people, are furnished with attention to detail in a comfortable and cozy Tyrolean country house style. All apartments (approx. 50–60 m²) feature an entryway, a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and some have a balcony. All furnishings, kitchen equipment, as well as satellite TV, shower and bath towels, dishes, and table linens are provided. We also provide a crib, high chair, and much more for our youngest guests. VITAL-OASE—Wellness area with sauna, solarium, herbal steam bath, whirlpool, heated bench, and relaxation room—offers a relaxing change of pace and well-being for the whole body after an eventful day of vacation. (Included twice a week.) Whirlpool and solarium available for a fee. Cozy lounge, terrace, sunbathing lawn, children’s playground, barbecue area, parking lot, activity programs, and a ski bus stop 150 meters from the house. On-site fees: Access to the wellness area—including the sauna, herbal steam bath, and sensory shower—is included in the rental price twice a week. The solarium and whirlpool are available for a fee.
