The property had everything we needed. Great area. The communication with the host was excellent. If I had to make a recommendation to the host, it would be to update the one bathroom in the back of the rental .

Very nice stay at mid Miami Beach. The condo is very comfortable and clean. The Pavilion staff was nice. If you love the beach this is a great choice. If you enjoy exercise there is a great trail to walk, run, and bike ride. It was really nice to get up in the morning and enjoy a bike ride or run. The free trolley was very useful also. There are many places to dine out or get a cocktail on Collins Avenue. There is a nice pool also! My family had a lot of fun in the sun.

Host was very responsive. Kitchen is small & property is dated but the beds were comfortable and the place met our needs in general.Mark & Anne

Our recent stay was 10 days. The accommodation is huge and very clean! We were happy with everything that was provided for us. It is all you need for a vacation at the beach. The hosts were easy to contact when we had a question. The lobby staff were all helpful and friendly. The valet service was quick and easy.
