The apartment itself was very nice with a fully stocked kitchen, which is wonderful because we cook most days. Access to the beach was not our favorite. We take a wagon since we have 8 people and the access onto the beach is over several sets of steps unless you walk around the hotel to the side and go onto the beach that way. There did seem to possibly be another access through a gate on the side but that was completely blocked off because of painting. This was another issue we had, they were painting the side of the building so we could not use the lazy river for the entire 10 days we were there. Also, our side window was covered with plastic because of the painting and we were never able to see out. I know this is out of the owners hands but I wish we had more of a heads up and the amount of painting they were doing should not have taken the amount of time it did. We left and they were still not done with the job. We did have an issue with the bathroom lights going out we texted about the issue and someone was sent right out to fix it, that was excellent! Overall the apartment itself is very nice, some of the issues of the building we could have done without.

The condo was beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the gorgeous view and often sat on the balcony in the mornings. There was ample room for everyone and attractions, restaurants, etc., were conveniently located. The host was available and responsive when needed. It was an excellent choice!

We booked here for our 20th anniversary with some friends. Everything was clean, the view was amazing, and communication was spot on! We had early flights and Chanda was able to get us into the unit early! Very nice area to get around in. The pools and hot tubs were great for a lounge day, or evening relaxation. And my favorite, the beach was only steps away!Would definitely stay again!

Great place, location and view. Floors were very dirty when we got there, but they did come clean then right away. The property manager kept coming in to fix thing without any notice. One point I was on the balcony when my son was sleeping. Door locked. I didn’t hear anyone knock till he let himself in and was at the slider knocking. Not ok at all. I wish we could stay again but it didn’t feel safe when someone is coming in when you locked the door. Beautiful place but with young kids we didn’t feel safe after that.
