We found a mop and cleaned up, but not what you expect to do on vacation. We did need to get gas for the grill and thank goodness we brought hair dryers. There was only 1. The house rents for 13+ people but there were only enough plates etc for 8. We went through a lot of paper plates. We needed a baby gate for the stairs and porch - the maintenance guys were timely and did an excellent job! The fooseball and air hockey were a nice touch but both are showing age and neglect. Overall it was nice, just needs some tweaks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love using New Buffalo as a central location for friends between Chicago and West Michigan. This property, in particular, had plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. Spent most of our time in the 3-season porch chatting with some coffee.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was great...beautiful space and well decorated. Location a bit remote and area under construction....gravel roads, lots of dust, limited space for kids to play. Beach and town a short drive.
