Beautiful view, amenities were clean and accessible, will be staying again!

Excellent

Let me start be saying that if you’re looking to relax or party this is the place! Instead of taking an Uber from Miami airport I took the public transportation route and it was way smoother because the trains have no competition with the traffic. The pool is as pictured if not better! The SPA…… Yes! It’s just YES! All the way to the locker rooms it says relax! If you get a chance check this place out! Check in and check out was seamless. I will be back and I’m gonna need more rooms so I can bring some people with me!

My stay was okay overall and I’d rate it 3/5. The room itself was clean and adequate for the price point. However, there were two operational issues that impacted the experience:1. *Pool Access Not Communicated*: Upon check-in I was told the pool was only open Saturday and Sunday. After asking the front desk, I learned it was actually open Friday as well due to the holiday. This was not communicated by the property at check-in, and I only found out by asking directly. Clear communication about amenity hours, especially on holidays, would improve guest experience.2. *Parking Situation*: The property advertises paid parking close by, but the designated garage requires a 5-minute walk and did not feel safe, particularly at night. As a result, I opted to pay for on-site parking. Unfortunately, the on-site option does not allow in-and-out privileges, which was a significant inconvenience during my stay. With better communication and more guest-friendly parking options, this property could easily be 4 stars. As it stands, it was an average stay with some preventable frustrations.
