During our visit we had no heating in the on suites . Which caused the feeling of dampness & nowhere to dry the towels . But everything else was perfect.

Excellent apartment and it was great to have a car park space. The location was so handy for shops and the Pavilion Theatre where we enjoyed watching the Christmas Show. Would definitely stay there again

We enjoyed our stay in the flat, very comfortable and well equipped. However, we did have some issues. We could not control the heating and had to have this addressed by a caretaker who did so using an app. The app should be made available to guests in the future. There was no hairdryer and no spare toilet rolls.
