Absolutely wonderful stay, communication with staff was amazing. Fast and polite. Worked with us on every question we had. Beautiful location

The room and location were fantastic! We had an issue with the garbage disposal, but the property manager was quick with response and fixed the same day. Would gladly come back and stay again.

Everything was great

Overall we had an okay stay. We have stayed in the East Pass Towers before and love the location. I usually hate giving negative reviews but in this instance we did have a few issues that were either not resolved or took a few days to resolve. The AC only worked on our last 2 days. The stove worked but not great. Some of the burners did not work properly. The washing machine would stop working or lock the clothes in. One day it didn’t rinse and I had to rinse everything by hand. The dryer was not connected in the back. I feel that because the property is managed by a company and not a personal owner some things were not up to par. Also, just something to keep in mind they do not allow any early check in even if the unit is empty. Check in is at 5:00. The location itself is great. Close to Norriego Point. Which is perfect for families with small kids or those who want to fish.
