Great location. Lots of kitchen utensils that allowed for all family to assemble in one place from different homes. Great selection of games and the ability to watch movies kept the grandchildren busy. The hot tub was great for the kids to enjoy each other.

We enjoyed the property very much. Had excellent family time and lots of space. Was surprised on extras some sundries . Usually Lake Tahoe is cool went during heat wave . Screens needed repair to keep open windows pine pollen should of been hosed off deck before arrived. But definitely recomend property. Hot tub lock broken and pollen.

Carpets stained. Heater air made us all feel like we were getting sick. Debris left under beds. Bedding worn and ragged. Heater vent on stair cut my daughter’s heel.
