This detached house is located in a residential neighborhood—not a vacation resort—and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the entire bay from Cavalaire to Cap Lardier, and the islands off Hyères. It is approximately 1.6 km to the town and the large, long sandy beach, and about 800 m to the small sandy beach (approx. 300 m as the crow flies). The house has two bright, well-furnished apartments; the smaller apartment—which includes one living room with a TV and one bedroom with a French bed (1.60 m)—is available for rent. French doors lead from the living room and bedroom onto the large terrace (5x7m); the floors are made of Jura marble. Free parking is available. The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi is available. The terrace area and garden are separate. A 10x4m swimming pool is available.
The location is also ideal for hiking and biking.
