It met our expectations. Good location.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Loved the space and the location. Easy walk to beach. We did find the kitchen in need of a thorough cleaning and restocking. There was no stove top vent, some of the pots and pans were old and either losing their nonstick coating or showing rust. The bbq grill had not been cleaned and was almost unusable. The property manager was very responsive and had we reached out sooner it’s likely some of these issues could have been resolved.

Great place, was clean, check-in was easiest thing ever, one road from beach, owner was super nice and responsive - would recommend. All the things that matter were fantastic but I’d be remiss to not mention a few things in the ad that might deserve an asterisk or that I may not have looked at closely enough when booking:- It is marked as “entire house” but it is a duplex so you will be sharing a wall- About half the beach chairs were broken but there were still several good ones- The parking isn’t great - garage is very tight and barely fit a mid-size SUV and the driveway could only fit 2 mid-size SUVs and a hatchback (with 1 ft of space between them) so if you have big vehicles bewareSide note: Bring your own soap/shampoo because there was not any in the bathrooms like in hotels

Our stay is ok, we mostly stayed at the beach, got some issues, carpet in the master bedroom is filthy, a lot of bird poop on the porch, some blinds are broken, a lot of broken patio chairs, a lot of junk in the garage, refrigerator in the kitchen doesn’t work properly even after the maintenance guy came, the oven suddenly went on a cleaning mode and locked up while baking our bread, then the smoke detector went off in the middle of the night. The air handler is dusty, garage and front entrance hasn’t been swept before we came. But at least they let us check in 2 hours before the original time it gave me a little bit of time to clean up a bit. The contact person Carissa is awesome she responded to my call quickly and took actions right away.
