This was a lovely house ideally located within walking distance from downtown Folsom. We stayed with a group of ladies in town for a retreat. The rooms worked fairly well with some beds more comfortable than others but overall decent. The upstairs room was a little interesting with two large beds and a nice bathroom that only had a flimsy curtain for a doorway. This did make some of the ladies uncomfortable so thankfully there were two other bathrooms to use. A proper door would probably be more ideal. The kitchen was beautiful and we enjoyed cooking in it, it was well equipped. We didn’t sit outside in the evening but it was quite cute out there and had a hot tub. Lots of parking in the two driveways and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. No sidewalks on the streets for walking, just fyi. We had a fantastic dinner at the Sutter Street Steakhouse, highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Host was very responsive. House was incredibly beautiful. There was a slight miscommunication but was resolved quickly. We had a great time!
