Beautiful yard and cute house. The sofa in the living room was hard and it did smell bad, we did need to cover it with a sheet to sit on it. The bed was comfortable. The sofa cushions in the screen house were very dirty and worn and could use a replacing. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

I was sad to leave this beautiful house and wished I could have stayed longer. The house itself is cheerful, very pretty, clean, and has a big yard and an enclosed patio. There is plenty of space to enjoy outside and for the two of us, I felt it was spacious inside, too. The communication was top notch and someone from Seaside Vacations will always be there if you need them. They even included a nice little welcome bag with a dog bowl. There was a book with things to enjoy around Chincoteague. I’m very appreciative of this top notch stay at such a reasonable price. I miss the house, but had to return to work! Would love to have stayed longer. THANK YOU!

House is small and cozy. Gazebo and fenced in garden was a bonus. Being able to bring the pups with us made our stay perfect! Would definitely rent this again.

Ava’s Beach Cottage was the perfect home for our family during Spring Roundup weekend! It is close to all of the visitor attractions on Chincoteague and Assateague. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch too!
