Excellent location near Olympic Park with walkable cafes, restaurants, and farmer's market. The neighborhood felt safe and had everything we needed nearby. Spacious unit with large kitchen - much roomier than hotels. Hosts were incredibly welcoming, even baking us dessert and inviting us to local gatherings. However, no AC made summer stays uncomfortable, reaching 85F indoors even overnight. Portable unit provided was too loud for bedrooms. Street parking was confusing with varying restrictions per block - easy to get tickets. Irregular garbage pickup created smelly neighborhood conditions. Beds were quite low and firm.Despite the heat challenges, the exceptional hosts and prime location made it worthwhile. Just avoid summer months and budget extra time for parking.
