Very bright and cheerful apartment in a well maintained brownstone on the super chic Upper East Side (and across the street from Martin Scorsese's home).
Elegantly decorated in a modern style and with a very interesting art collection, this apartment has a very large bedroom with most comfortable linens, unusually generous closets and a collector desk for home working.
The apartment rent includes all utilities and a powerful wifi.
The sunny south facing livingroom is very comfortable for entertaining or to read and relax.
The dining room table and settings fits 6 people; the kitchen has all you need including a Nespresso coffe machine and a dishwasher.
The laundry is in the basement of this walk up brownstone and a winch lift helps carrying upstairs your luggage and shopping bags.
Its a very rare opportunity to rent short term in a city where 12 months minimums and lenghty paperwork discourages foreigners and out of town temporary guests.
