The condo was lovely and well provisioned. The pool was perfect . Workout/Game room could use some sprucing up. It would be perfect if renters could have access to golf and courts….that would make my rating excellent. Our Host was very helpful.

Host is very easy to interact with. The condo is updated and lovely in a quiet complex. Easy pool access. We enjoyed seeing the marsh rabbits and the general bay view.

This property is beautiful. The view of the water and the bridges lit up at night is stunning. The furniture and decor are top notch, new with a coastal theme. Bed is comfortable. There is nothing not to like! No damage at all from the recent storms. Lisa and Chris are the perfect hosts. Quick to respond, very clear on all of the procedures from check in to pool usage. I just can't say enough about this property and the hosts, they are very nice! I wish I could stay longer and I certainly will stay again if I have the opportunity!

Beautiful condo in a great location for exploring the beaches and St. Petersburg. Great host, good beds, easy access to pool, stunning view, good remote work setup. Nice details like sound machines and bars to hang wet swimsuits in showers.
