Our family had the best time at this beautiful house. Everything was amazing!

Our multi-generational family takes an annual vacation together every summer. Kingsland and Lake LBJ is one of our favorite places to go. This house was wonderful! It provided lots of indoor gathering and sleeping spaces, plus has a lovely courtyard as well. The kitchen supplied everything you would need. Our favorite part was the lake access and swimming area in the lake right by the house. The grandkids caught lots of fish right off the docks. The pool was unique and everyone loved it and the large outdoor spaces. Can't say enough positive things about the staff at Horseshoe Bay Living. Thank you for another year of memory making!

Five Stars ! We stayed here for our 2026 Family Gathering of 16 people from age 2 – 86. We have stayed in VRBO properties once or twice a year 8 years and this was the finest bar none. Plenty of space indoors for meals, relaxation and family fun and the outside amenities are incredible. We had everything needed for meal preparations and seating as well and the teenage kids had a blast from dawn to dark. The game room, pool, hot tube, boat slip and deck were in near constant use. We brought our own boat and the location on the lake was perfect for skiing, cruising and playing in the water. The house was spotless and well supplied with household items. Special kudos to our hosts at Horseshoe Bay Living. They were always available and prompt in response to our questions and needs from the time of booking through the end of our stay. There is no doubt we will be returning.A. Schmitt, June 2026

This property is fantastic. It’s as great as pictures make it out to be. Communication with hosts was great. We had our family reunion here. Had plenty of space and right on the water. Great time!
