Overall clean and nice place. I do recommend getting instructions on how to use the door. We got locked out but host was very responsive. They also forgot to give gate QR code for when the gates close. We had an issue with a TV not working but again host was very responsive and fixed it. Beds are very firm. Im not big on firm beds so sleeping wasnt the best but some people love firm mattresses its just not for me. They have people come by to clean the pool but didnt let us know and the workers didnt speak english so we was a little on edge about that. Overall nice, clean, quiet beautiful vacation home.
