Six guests can enjoy a comfortable night`s rest across three inviting bedrooms. Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathrooms in this home are located on the second floor and will require stairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom loft is furnished with two twin beds, and the third bedroom also boasts a queen bed. The entire house is yours with parking available for 2 vehicles.

Nestled on a tranquil side street along the east side of the harbor, our location offers a peaceful retreat within easy walking distance to a footbridge that seamlessly connects you to local shopping and culinary delights. With Barrett`s Park and Linekin Bay within easy reach, your days can be filled with seaside picnics and refreshing dips. A leisurely 5-minute stroll across the recently revitalized footbridge will lead you to some of the finest restaurants on the rugged Coast of Maine.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
