This was a great house. Each of the rooms were clean and spacious. The back screened in porch was also great and the pool. The only thing to realize is that there is only 1 bathroom for a 4 bedroom house. Make sure to plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice house with strict rules beca7se of the neighbors. We enjoyed our stay.

Just wanted to say thank you for offering your home! We really enjoyed ourselves!! Thank you The house, the pool, bbq, foosball, laundry, all work and ran perfect!! Hope you can confirm but I’m confident We left place as nice as when we arrived !! Thanks ag

We loved our stay in this home! It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The house was lovely and just as described with many nice touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The HUGE screened lanai, heated pool and fire pit were so wonderful and made for such a relaxing time in the backyard. The grill was in excellent condition, a rare find in rentals. Beds and linens were nice and comfortable; lots of plush throw blankets to wrap up in. We greatly appreciated use of the pool/beach towels as we flew in and didn’t want to have to pack those. The neighborhood was quiet and felt extremely safe, and was just a 4 minute car ride to Target, Publix and many other stores and restaurants. Also a short 10-12 minute drive to Anna Maria Island a roughly 45 minutes to PIE airport. We would definitely recommend this rental and would hands down stay here again!
