The area is very quiet and residential. It is located opposite the Lérins Islands, 1.5 km from the beaches and less than 10 minutes drive from two supermarkets and a large commercial complex.

- a bedroom with a double bed (160cm: 2 beds of 80cm joined together, but which can be separated easily) a large wardrobe;
- a bathroom with Italian shower; - separate WC - a fully equipped kitchen; -Living room with a sitting area (sofa bed, 140cm)
-Large terrace of 17 m², its unobstructed and exceptional view of the sea with superb sunsets. -All rooms (except the bathroom) face the sea and have direct access to the terrace.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Private parking space (numbered), Televisions,Wifi, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave oven, Large fridge-freezer Small equipment: Iron, ironing board, Hairdryer, Senseo coffee machine, Kettle, Manual citrus squeezer, Toaster, Multifunction food processor Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. Reversible air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before and after each guest. The flat is located in a secure residence of good standing, with well-kept grounds and a large shared swimming pool (approximately 20 m long).
