The listing was exactly as described. It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view. We had a few issues that was promptly taken care of by Sam, who went above and beyond.

Honestly, we'd stay here again - the view was BEAUTIFUL. The condo was peaceful and quiet. A walk to the beach is easy and not too far, unless you have kids and a million things to carry, in which case you may want to drive like we did. :) :) :) My only complaint, really, is the bathrooms weren't as clean as I'd like to have seen. Also, the kitchen silverware holders need to be cleaned. Everything else appeared clean. Hair in the shower or anywhere in the bathroom is not my favorite. I'd still stay here again - but would like to see more thorough cleaning.

The BEST! Second time in this property and we were still delighted. Views were awesome. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a DVD player.

The only thing nice about this Condo is the view. It is old and outdated. In dire need of repair. The washing machine didn't spin. The oven didn't heat properly. The blinds fell off the wall and were missing screws. We touched a door knob and it fell off. The wash clothes and kitchen towels were stained. The floors were not and have not been washed in a very long time. Turned our feet black. The balcony wasn't swept. The windows were very dirty. Clearly a very neglected Condo. The grounds were beautiful. The bldg itself was very nice. The elevators were very quick. The pool was very nice. The walk to the beach fine. We stayed in 10B. You do not want me to share the photos I took. I would not think this Condo in its current condition would meet Vrbos standard.
