Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience and location. Convenient on the first floor and to the pool, which is great with small kids. Only thing we noticed were that a few items were not in place upon arrival, like a trash bag, dish soap, etc. This isn't a huge deal, but having that on arrival does make it convenient and helpful.

Great place for the family. The room was very clean. The pool and water slide were great. But geeez, you better not forget your little wristband. Not a fan of having to go to two different offices, one for the keys to the unit, and then check in once you get to the condo for your wristbands and parking pass.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall had a great vacation. Outside area is very nice;pool, courtyard, beach. Lots to do in the area. The unit was okay but could use better cleaning. Ceiling fans, air vents, bathroom lights were very dusty. Bathroom rugs/mats need cleaned or replaced. No view from balcony (roof of pool/parking lot) so didn't really use. Rental company was great, actually got us in a few hours early. No major issues with this unit, just could use some TLC.
