Great location and neighbourhood. Park is close by for walking my dog. Would definitely stay again when back to Yuma

Convenient location for all needs. Great host, very clean. Does need some more updating outside and small additions inside, but looks like progress is being made.Very noisy area and a disruptive neighbor in apartment beside casita. Ok place to stay if working in area. We were an older retired couple so we were there a lot.
