This property is amazing and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

This home was amazing and perfect for 6 of us. The location in Coral Bay is perfect and we were happy for the paved roads leading to the home. The home is more spectacular than the listing showed and we enjoyed our 10 days. It was evident the owners took pride in their home with so many extra details (too many to list) that made it easy for us to check in and just start enjoying our vacation. This was our 7th trip to St John and our favorite home! We are hoping to come back soon!

I simply can’t put it into to words but I’ll try. This home and its views were absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The home is very well crafted, the furnishings and accessories are top notch. We loved the outdoor showers located in both master suites. The kitchen was open and spacious with plenty of storage. It was honestly difficult to leave the property after we arrived, we just wanted to hang at the house all day! I’m telling you the pics don’t do the home and the views justice. This place was a slice of heaven. We can’t wait to come back next year! Lower Carolina, we love you and we’ll be back!

Wonderful villa. Great view over Coral Bay, plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen, good amount of beach & snorkel stuff. Property manager Beth was very responsive and helpful.
