This spot was very quiet and clean. The host was very slow in responding to a broken stairway light and a request for a second set of keys. All was resolved after a week. Kitchen was minimally stocked with utensils and dishes, but was otherwise fully functional. The sun room was a favorite spot of my wife who worked from there for our 2 week stay, while I worked comfortably from the dining room.

Nice cozy property. Street parking wasn't ideal but was able to find spaces on the block.

It was requested you take off your shoes. The carpet was very stained and not new by any means.
It was a pretty narrow stairway getting to the 2nd floor. Parking a little tricky but ok. Faucets in tub shower didn’t work right. No wash clothes provided or dish clothes. That’s noted in disription but I missed it.
