Excellent property location right on the water with kayaks and great views of the sunset. Rooms were nicely decorated as described on the site. Only negative was the water from the shower and sinks smelled like rotten eggs from the well water. Wish that was disclosed in the listing. Positive overall other than that though.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly gracious, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.This trip included my son, daughter-in-law, her mother, her stepfather, me and my husband, the house was perfectly set up for six adults. The spacious bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy, and the two separate sitting rooms provided great spaces to relax and spend time together.The absolute highlight of our stay was the spectacular Fourth of July fireworks. The views from the house were breathtaking! We could see fireworks from towns all across the bay, along with an amazing up-close view of the Yorktown display. It made for an unforgettable evening.The location was also excellent. It was conveniently close to a grocery store and just a short drive to Yorktown, making it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful and scenic retreat.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place with incredible views.

This is a wonderful home! Plenty of room, new, well equipped, quiet, and the view is excellent of Chesapeake Bay. Was an excellent location to tour, Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown areas. Enjoyed several days lounging by the sea as well. Highly recommend this property for families with six persons or less.
