This flat is centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood with a multitude of parks, shops, restaurants and cafes. It's close to public transportation and an easy 25 minute walk to the old centre. The host was very accommodating and had the flat well-prepared for us. The bed is comfortable and the living space is cosy. We spent a very nice week there. As other reviewers have said, you're staying in the owner's personal flat and surrounded by his personal belongings everywhere. It's a little like staying with friends when they clear out a drawer and some space in the closet for you, so that's something to keep in mind.

Great apartment building with elevator (lift) and own dedicated basement washing machine. Nice kitchen. Very convenient for s bahn. Werner was very welcoming and helpful. Neighborhood restaurants were nice. Only critique is there wasn’t enough dedicated space for guests (closet and drawers). Have stayed in VRBOs that owner uses but never before one where owner lives. if you are a light traveler it may not be a problem but we could have used a little more cleared away spaces.
