The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we will be back. The condo was just as advertised. Everything was very nice. Only a short drive to anything you want to do. This was my grandsons first time to the beach. He is 4 and loved everything about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo you need for a wonderful family vacation if you love direct ocean view with a very short walk to being in the water. Only downside is bedroom ceiling fan made a loud humming sound.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole place was in need of a thorough clean. Bedding was stained and while sheets have been washed, the comforters clearly have not in a long time. Pillows smell of mildew. Sheets are torn. Carpet is crunchy. Baseboards have a thick coat of grime in many areas. Hair and wads of toothpaste from former guests in bathrooms. The location is amazing. View is amazing. But I didn’t want to touch anything.
