little to no communication with the host. I had to ask for the information on how to get into the property the night before we got there.

This home is so close to Disneyland and all shopping!! Huntington Beach is not far too! The property is fully featured inside and out. The hot tub, pool and backyard were a hit for our family of 13! The games tables were fun for indoor activities. Beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable amd there were sufficient bathrooms for our larger family. The host , Katie is very responsive to enquiries and all requests were promptly fulfilled. We have rented many properties through VRBO over the years and I would tell you Katie has been the best! I would not hesitate to return to this property and would highly recommend it!

We arrived at the house at 4pm. The cleaning crew was just finishing. The codes for entering the rental and Wifi acces were easy to use. The rental was perfect for our group of 17, including 4 kids under 12 and a 5 month old. We all enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Pans were not very clean. Would recommend Caalphalon rather than stainless steel. Kitchen sink needs better lighting. Overall rental was clean enough and there were oodles of towels. Clothes dryers took forever to dry things - would recommend cleaning vents. Disneyland was about 20 min. away and the beach an hour. Grocery stores,Costco and Target were close by. I would rent this property again. Katie was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions immediately.
