Villa Kritikos is situated on a quiet hillside in the quaint village of Sivas, just above the village boundary, and offers a magnificent view of the sea and the Ida Mountains.
This charming villa features an outdoor staircase leading to the separate third bedroom, the bathroom, and the balcony on the upper level. One bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2 m) and a bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor of the hillside house. On the upper floor, there are a total of two bedrooms: one bedroom (bed 1.60 m x 2 m, satellite TV) is accessible via the interior staircase, and another bedroom (bed 1.60 m x 2 m) with a bathroom and refrigerator is accessible via the exterior staircase as well as the interior staircase (available when the villa is occupied by 6 people and is located within the apartment). There is also another bathroom in the upstairs apartment. Air conditioning is available in the living-dining area and in all three bedrooms. Built-in mosquito screens on the windows protect you from mosquitoes.
Additionally, the first floor features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, gas-electric stove, etc., and a comfortable and spacious living-dining room with a table for 6 people, a cozy round couch, and a natural stone fireplace.
In 2023, we had a heating system installed—a heat pump system—so you’re covered even on colder evenings.
The outdoor area features a private swimming pool (approx. 7.00 m x 4.00 m x 1.50 m deep), as well as an outdoor shower and a beautiful, illuminated outdoor area with a covered terrace and a wonderful view of the sea. The upper part of the outdoor area is completely enclosed by a natural stone wall topped with a bamboo privacy screen.

Absolutely clean, light and fresh villa
Comfortable beds
Amazing view to landscape and sea
Clean pool with just enough deep water ( about 1,4-1,5 m)
Privacy in the garden
Fruit in the garden (figs, grapes etc)
Fully equipped kitchen
Smart TVs with Netflix
Lot of space to relax
Very pleasent communication with owner and servis team
We have spent wonderful time here, we are absolutely relaxed, we recommend this property for 100%!
No difficulties appeared (and if it would appear, the owner or servis team would surely sort it out).
We liked also Vafis Taverna (restaurant) nearby, we can recommend.

We had an amazing 10 days. The villa is perfect. Very well equipped there was not a thing out of place. Perfectly clean when we arrived. The gardens, pool and BBQ areas are fabulous and the view just fantastic especially at sunset.
