We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and cozy. Location was great. Renting the Coast was always available to answer questions, check in was easy. This condo was very peaceful and quiet, it was just what we needed.

Loved being close to canal with boat and close to beach

The place was dirty. Our white socks were black when walking around. The shower curtain kept falling off the shower and the towel rack kept falling as well. They are doing the least if upkeep and using cheap everything but want too dollar. The boat lift would go down all the way and our boat was stuck two different times. They had a realtor show up in the middle of our stay to show the property. When renting no one mentioned it was for sale and that this could happen. Only to find out it was actually a pocket listing and they could have waited for us to leave to do the video with the potential buyer. When reaching out about the boat lift there was an undertone that we did something wrong. The whole realtor thing felt more like they were spying to make sure we weren’t doing anything wrong in the property. Meanwhile we have stayed at over 20 vrbos and never had this kind of experience.
