You would be hard pressed to find a more centrally located property in Provincetown for your vacation. This lovely home is meticulously maintained, provides excellent communal space for guests in addition to very welcoming privacy in its numerous bedrooms and baths. Especially significant is the abundance of parking available on-site -- no small thing if visiting in the height of season. I hosted a large, multi-generational group of family (and pets!) and all thoroughly enjoyed our time in P-town aided by this being our headquarters throughout the week. Frankly -- if arranging for a large group on the Cape, I don't believe you could do better than this gem. If one's primary thought when pulling away from a vacation home at the end of their stay is " ... I hope to have the opportunity to return!" -- need anything further be said?

Highly recommend this property! The location is top tier, so close to all the shops and restaurants on commercial st but tucked away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Paul the owner was super communicative and very friendly during the whole planning and booking process. The house is big and charming and the beds are SO comfortable!!!

This is the most wonderful, interesting, Cape Cod - esque home! It’s so central to all the wonderful things about Provincetown, and it is a great spacious home for lots of guests. We had 13 people and a baby stay here for a weekend, and loved the big living room, spacious kitchen, and second floor porch overlooking the water. Highly recommend!

Yes, Very welcoming and we had everything we expected.
