Come enjoy everything the Mt. Washington Valley has to offer! Our spacious home is located on a dead-end street perfect for privacy but is also extremely close to all the action - North Conway village/ Settlers Green Outlets (3 mins), Cranmore/Attitash/Wildcat Mountains (5-25 mins), Storyland (15 mins), and more! Enjoy our open concept double living room, modern kitchen, porch and fireplace for the winter. Equipped with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our home is perfect for 1 or 2 families to gather!
PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA`s are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

This house is the rare VRBO find which is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures in the website. It has a lovely open floor plan that allow everyone to hang out playing board games, enjoying the gas fireplace or making dinner all at the same time. The bedrooms were all spacious with comfy beds and extra blankets for cold nights and there’s another mini-living room area upstairs that was great for doing my yoga workout away from the rest of the crew. It’s only 7 minutes to Mt Cranmore so you really can’t beat the location! We could even see the NYE fireworks at Cranmorefromthe house.

Very impressed with this home! We felt so comfortable, so clean, lots of space and the location was very convenient! We’ll be back in the future!
