The Raantem Hüs “Austernperle,” RA/07, welcomes you to picturesque Rantum on Sylt and offers an appealing combination of modern comfort and a cozy Nordic atmosphere. This ground-floor accommodation with an additional basement level features two rooms, including a separate bedroom that sleeps two. This makes the house particularly well-suited for couples or small families (there is a sleeper sofa in the living area) who wish to spend a relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast.

The amenities leave nothing to be desired: The open-concept kitchen area adjoins the living room and is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes, and silverware. Two TVs and a radio provide entertainment. Reliable Wi-Fi internet access is available, so you can stay online at any time while on vacation or relax and enjoy movies.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a comfortable shower, a hair dryer, and all necessary bathroom amenities. Additionally, a separate guest restroom is available. This is a non-smoking accommodation. A shared washer and dryer are available, offering you practical convenience for doing your laundry, even during longer stays.

The special highlight is the private terrace, which opens directly onto the well-maintained garden. Garden furniture is provided here, where you can start your day with breakfast outdoors or wind down with a glass of wine. A private seasonal beach chair ensures relaxing moments—ideal for enjoying the fresh North Sea air right on your own property.

The house is designed to be child-friendly and warmly welcomes families. Pets are also allowed with prior notice (maximum of one pet), so your four-legged companion can come along on vacation too. A private parking space is available right next to the house for your car.

The property’s location is ideal thanks to its short distances: shopping is just 90 meters away, and the nearest restaurant is only 400 meters away. The fine-sand beach and the sound of the ocean are just about 700 meters away, so you can easily reach them on foot. The nearest train station is about 7 kilometers away, and the airport is about 10 kilometers away.

Thanks to its quiet location and well-thought-out amenities, both those seeking peace and quiet and active vacationers will feel completely at home at the Raantem Hüs “Austernperle.” Book your stay at this comfortable accommodation and enjoy relaxing days by the North Sea.
