The main building has four floors; my wife and I live on the second floor, while the other three are available for rent. They come fully furnished—as shown in the photos—making them ideal for executives or groups of 1 to 5 people. Behind the main building, there is a separate structure containing four mini-apartments or suites, perfect for a single person or a couple. All apartments and suites offer a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, ensuring complete peace, privacy, and security—both inside the units and in the surrounding neighborhood. Amenities include a washing machine and Wi-Fi, as well as three terraces where guests can admire the city, the landscape, and the volcanoes surrounding Quito, or simply enjoy the sunshine and a delicious barbecue on our covered terrace.
