Just minutes away from the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross House, Penn’s Landing, Spruce Street Harbor and more. The neighborhood is known for its fashionable boutiques, great restaurants, art galleries and theaters, as well as a vibrant night life. Our studio offers a spacious back deck for fun and games.

This is a great property if you want to explore this city. Having formally been a resident, I appreciated the location. Additionally, this was a roomie space and the outdoor area was a bonus.

Greg is a great host. Unit is as advertised. Great location to historical sites, the Mint, Reading Market and so many good restaurants and coffee shops. The unit is very quiet in the evenings and has all the amenities you need. Great bonus is the covered back porch/deck.

My husband and i were in town for Dave Matthews! We love old city and this is the perfect location to hang out in. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean, everything you need was there. The outdoor space is so cute! Will definitely be back!
