Very pleasant accomodation. Forest park is a lovely neighborhood (my son appreciate the promixity of waterpark and playground).Parking is a real plus. Easy communication with the owner. Kitchen is a bit small. I highly recommended this place.

Great location and comfortable stay. This place has everything you need for a long or short stay, it has parking available and it's close to public transport (the blue line) and a Walmart is not far (15 min walk). Good restaurants, coffee shops and bars not far (20 mins walk) with a variety of choices. The new beds are great, very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the tenants above, there is very little or no insulation in the floor and you want hear them when they are walking around. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue Apart from that I would recommend this place and would be staying here if back in Chicago
