We had a great stay at this beach house overall! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The pool and hot tub were great additions (as well as the outdoor shower) and the management team was very responsive and helpful when we ran into a few issues early on. They helped resolve some AC problems and got the hot tub heating back on track after a few visits. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pots, and pans — just make sure to bring your own seasonings!A few things to note: the pool flooring is very rough, so be cautious if you have kids or sensitive feet. We had ongoing AC issues the first few days, but they were eventually fixed once the door sensors (which controlled the system) were turned off. The fridge, freezer, and beer fridge never really got as cold as we hoped, and the ice maker barely produced anything. Also, the pool and hot tub lights would shut off whenever we turned on the heater, which was a bit frustrating in the evenings. Lastly, outdoor lighting was limited — some string lights under the balcony would make a big difference.Despite those quirks, it was a great place to stay and we’d definitely consider coming back!

We had an incredible stay at the Blue Escape! The house is spacious with comfortable beds and a big, fully-stocked kitchen. The living area is comfortable and was perfect for all 14 of us to sit and hang out. We used the pool and hot tub area the whole time. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to every detail. AND the location is perfect…located on a quiet street, one block from the beach entrance and a great fishing pier. We are already planning to return next year! Our stay was worth every penny. Bravo to the Blue Escape!

The location was great, close to the beach and on the less busy side of PCB! The house was very spacious, a few minor things but nothing that hindered our overall stay. We really enjoyed having the private pool. The golf cart was a great addition to our stay!
