The room was clean and tidy, and the pillows were the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing, and the food was fresh, tasty, and great varieties.i would like to thank Mr. ahmed ismail the manager of the restaurant for his effort and great hospitality. The reception provides free sweets, dates, Arabic coffee, and snacks 24 hours/day.. the reception staff were helpful Mr sultan, Ms nouf. Ms. lobna .this was a second visit, and I am looking forward to come again next year.

The delay of the shuttle bus in return from harm to the hotel, which may be due to traffic congestion .

I stayed at Selat Al Bait a number of times and always satisfied with service. Staff go far and beyond in helping and supporting making sure everything goes well.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. It was definitely a great value for money, especially for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of food, including different protein options, an egg station, salads, and plenty of other choices. The transportation service to and from the Haram was excellent and available 24/7, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. They were generous and always provided whatever we needed whenever we asked. A special thanks to Ahmed Ismail, a member of the restaurant staff, for his excellent service, kindness, and attention. He was very helpful and made our stay even better. The main downside was the Wi-Fi. The connection was quite weak and unstable, and the internet was often not working properly. Also, the hot water was not hot enough at times. Overall, it is a very good hotel for a 3-star hotel and offers great value for money. Despite the few issues, I had a very good experience and would consider staying here again.

Count of buses there are only 2 it would be great if it becomes 3 at prayer time.

Location a bit far from Haram. No shuttle service. No room service. Very small beds and one bed was tilted and wobbly.
