Very cosy

Quiet safe and solid

Location was great in a quiet nice residential area and near to relatives that we were visiting.

The overall cleanliness of the property was not to our expectations in fact it wanted a good bottom clean. We had to wipe all of the kitchen surfaces before we could use them, and when looking for pans and utensils they were in dirty cupboards the pans and utensils were not usable very grubby and very used. The toaster had crumbs all on top and underneath it and what looked like bean juice or sauce all over the side. The room sofa were very grubby and stained and didn’t look very inviting to be sat comfortable on during our stay. When unpacking we checked the beds and one of the beds bottom fitted sheet had lots of dark hairs and stains on,it didn’t look or smell as though it had been washed ,we had to strip another bed and use the fitted sheet,I contacted the owner to let her know about this and was told she would ask the cleaner about this. The towels were very old and in one bedroom only 1 bath towel was left and 3 hand towels rather odd.
