The room was very clean and comfortable.

The check in process could be improved, as you are told which room number you're in and the keys are left in the door with the room open, but there is no reception or staff. When we arrived (around 10pm) our room had incorrectly been taken by another guest. We messaged the staff and were advised to go into another free room, they specified which room number we should take (with the key in the door) and we assumed the issue was resolved. About 1am another guest knocked on our door who had just arrived, saying we were in their room. We had to explain the situation to them, apologised we had been placed in their room, and as they couldn't get in touch with anyone they just took a random free open room that still had the key in the door. This was disruptive for us and could have been avoided if the first guests had taken the correct room, and again if we had been advised to go to a room that was definitely free.

Posizione ottima per arrivare in pochi minuti a Kranjska Gora o a Tarvisio, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Le camere sono ordinate e pulite.

Peccato per i letti molto duri con cuscini non adeguati. E le docce progettate male che allagano tutto il bagno.

Mooi gelegen en vrij nieuw gebouw. Vlakbij is een restaurant waar je kunt ontbijten en dineren. Gebouw heeft ruim terras, waardoor je ook lekker buiten kunt zitten.

Parkeergelegenheid was miniem.

Les chambres et appartements sont très beaux et propres

Nous devions avoir 3 appartements et nous n'avons eu que 2 appartements et 1 chambre double sans aucun message d'excuses de la part des propriétaires
