Roma Centro CDR Luxury Suites

The host was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely communicative, friendly, and very informative, especially when explaining how to use the electronic key system through our phones. She also helped arrange transportation from the airport to the property and back to the airport when we requested it, which we really appreciated. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both very nice, clean, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the surprising thoughtful toiletries provided: •makeup wipes •a shower cap • body wash • shampoo Those little details made the stay even more comfortable. I especially liked the electronic door system. It was convenient and made the property feel more secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

My only complaint was the air conditioning. It worked, but the airflow was pretty weak, even when set to the highest fan speed. We kept it set to 16°C (just because at first it wasn’t going below 23°C) whenever we had it running, but the room never cooled below 20°C even on that lowest setting. Thankfully, the weather was fairly mild during our stay, so it wasn’t a huge issue. This was genuinely our only complaint, and it didn’t take away from all the other positives of our stay!

Fantastic location and beautiful accomdation. Staff were very helpful when checking in.

Location was great. Facilities as well. Everything was very clean. The best was our host Elena, she was great and helpful

Communication from Elena and Irma was greatly appreciated. We arrived around 8:30pm from the train station and Elena was wonderful with directions and patiently waited for our arrival to greet us and orient us to the property. Elena was generous with her time, information and kindness. The room & bathroom were spacious, bed was comfortable, expresso pods and machine provided in room, could not ask for more. Bonus: we had access to a common room with kitchen, refrigerator, washer & dryer. The location was central and walkable to tourist attractions; accessible to many restaurants, shopping and grocery stores in walking distance. Bus station is around the corner and easy to navigate. Safe neighborhood.

Nothing. Everything was great!!
