Reviews often say more about the people who write them than about the property. The host was gracious and helpful. The staff was polite and helpful. The aircon worked well although I only used it once. Hot water was available 24/7.The apartment was clean, the view of the Andes is spectacular. The kitchen is adequate. The only minus is the Internet; if you really depend on having a reliable Internet connection for several hours a day, you were out of luck. It worked intermittently, with frustrating fadeouts.

Ari is a fine host and great communicator! The location is close to the metro and city center with easy access to several different areas. There is 24 security at the front desk as well. I’d recommend this property!
