The stay was fantastic and couldn’t ask for anything better. The neighborhood was safe although it may not look the greatest by eye. Had no problems! Matt is a great host!!

Matt’s place was just as described and was immaculate when we arrived. The master bedroom and bath was huge, and the other spaces were a good size. The location was about a 15 minute walk to a lot of things to do including the Farmers Market and a large supermarket. The Germantown neighborhood was about the same distance. It was very hot when we were there, though, so we drove everywhere. Parking was easy, and the Dollar General store was 20 yards away and convenient for many things. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, and Matt always responded quickly. He was great.
