The location of this apartment is great with a lovely sea view, just a shame that both patio door windows were so dirty that we didn’t have a clear view and also the balcony glass had not been cleaned , neither had the tables on the balcony, this did spoil it a bit. Also, it wouid be a good idea to have two sets of keys, especially when you have two couples. Other than that we had a really good time.

Very comfortable, luxurious, well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great location. It's a shame there wasn't an information booklet in the apartment as we had trouble controlling the heating system, otherwise I would highly recommend the apartment.

This apartment is beautifully decorated, all rooms are a great size, the facilities are first class and plenty of everything. The location is perfect for the beach, shops and town centre. I really can’t fault the place and will be coming back to enjoy another visit. This really was home from home.

We had such a lovely few nights at Ocean’s Eleven celebrating with family and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location is hard to beat. The beach is really just a stone's throw away! The rooms were a great size, everything was spotless, and the views from the living room and master bedroom were gorgeous, the kind you don’t get bored of looking at. Having a shop close by was super handy, and being able to step straight onto the coast path was a big hit with all the family. Falmouth was a brilliant base, the apartment felt relaxed and comfortable, and it was perfect for a special few days together. We’d happily recommend Ocean’s Eleven to others and would love to stay again.
