Summary:
Tucked behind a main street in Eton you will find this perfectly formed one bed flat. On the first floor with an entry hallway leading to a double bedroom with views over the front of the building, and a family ensuite bathroom with shower over a tub. The large dining/sitting room is open plan and has a sweet galley kitchen on one wall. Newly furnished, this is a smart option if you would rather cater for yourself and avoid a traditional hotel.

The beds are comfy, the shower is whooshy, there’s even a cork screw in the drawer. With private parking, you are minutes from Eton High Street and the college, and a short walk from the Thames. Perfect for a few weeks to tide you over or a lovely spot for a break.
Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect.
