Very comfortable. Great host.

We usually stay at a family house in the area, but it was being used this time when we decided to come down. In a last minute attempt to find somewhere to stay, I reached out to John, who from the start, was very prompt with his replies. When we arrived, the house was very clean and is located in a nice neighborhood. The pool area is large, the bedrooms were good sized and the driveway was perfect if you had a boat like we did. Pretty much everything you could need from dishes to beach toys were provided. We even decided to extend our stay and John was very accommodating with that. Anytime I reached out with a question, it was less than an hour before I heard back from him. We are extremely thankful for the great hospitality and will be saving his number for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, which made settling in very easy. It had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. The location was ideal for what we were in town for, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check in to check out. The host was kind, responsive, and clearly takes great care of the property. This was a temporary stay for us while house hunting, and it truly made the experience so much more enjoyable and stress free. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Very welcoming. Worked for our needs. Was very close (less than 5 minutes actually) to the Innisbrook golf course for the New Year’s Eve golf event put on by under armour. Would stay here again.
