This is a great property for large groups. Love the cleanliness of the property and the large gathering areas. The two fridges, stoves and dishwashers are a bonus with this property as well. We did have one issue with the cleanliness of the hot tub. Unfortunately the renters before us left it very dirty and unusable our first night, but I reached out to Shelli and she made arrangements to have it drained and cleaned for the remainder of our stay.This property is always well stocked with soap, shampoo, paper towels, and laundry supplies, which is very appreciated and doesn't always happen with other properties that we've rented in the past. A great location as well. It's become our favorite property to rent.Paula Pace

The house was amazing! Lots of space and close to Bear Lake! We enjoyed the game room and being able to play cards at 3 of the tables/counters all at the same time. Fit our group of 32 perfectly. All the beds were comfy. Plenty of parking and room for everyone to do there own thing or do things together! Plenty of bathrooms/showers. Washers/dryers and kitchen space/pantry. A beautiful and spacious property. Our family loved it!

The home is nice. The double dishwashers were essential. There were plenty of indoor things to do. There is no grass - we had to do all of out outdoor activities elsewhere.
